Chrono Shard and Memento WA Help

Just recently acquired a Chrono Shard and was wondering if anyone had a WA to track the proc? And a WA for memento procs as well. ty

Do you really need a weakaura for either? I feel like the durations are so small that it's not worth delaying anything, and the only procs you'll gain significant dps from are crit or mastery. The 2 haste procs are there for faster rune regen, so what can you cram into 8 seconds of a memento proc without wasting overall dps by saving CD's for a decent memento proc?

For Frost sometimes you can save your Sindragosa's Fury for when the Crit and Mastery Memento Procs trigger and follow up with Pillar of Frost to put some pretty nasty damage on target. That's pretty much the only reason I track them.

I general keep a WA for Fallen Crusader and the Memento Procs all nearby to see if the stars align.
