I am currently looking for a raiding guild and your post piqued my interest. I am an 890 equipped MM hunter and would like to try out for your guild. If I had to describe myself I would say I am laid back, but dedicated, open to criticism, and always looking to improve.

I am looking for a guild that has the following qualities:
1. Good leadership
2. Accountability
3. Friendly atmosphere
4. Serious about progression, but not hardcore.

I am going to be honest and say that I am not the best, but decent. I have good normal NH logs and okay heroic Nh logs. The normal clears are all with my current guild, and the heroic logs have been all pugs except the first three bosses. I can send you the link if you're interested.
