Keybinds Freezing

Forgive me if this isn't the right place to ask this question, but I figured since it's an interface problem that I would put it here.

Recently, my keys have just stopped working intermittently while playing on my shadow priest. The keybinds (1-6 for example) will just stop working when pressed.

To get it to work again, I have to either click on the spell or /reload in the middle of a fight which as you can imagine is very frustrating.

I've made sure all my addons are up to date, including ElvUI.

I am trying to avoid deleting my interface/WTF folder, but don't really know what else to do.

Any thoughts?

Does it work with all Addons disabled? if so, Try it with just ElvUI and ElvUI_Config enabled and then slowly enable each addon to find out which is causing it
