The argument about ''an army of bureaucrats'' is very odd to hear, especially from Eastern Europe country (or, for that matter, France, a nation of many qualities but of proverbially vast administration...)
There is a whopping 56 000 European fonctionnaires. Therefore, it's a bit baffling to hear people like Marine Le Pen rant on Bruxelles bureaucrats, when France had an astonishing 5.5 million of them.
Of course ''fonctionnaire'' (agent de la fonction publique) is a flexible category, but Bulgaria all alone have 80 000 of them...
See, there is a big difference between discussing an article and going out of your way to bash everything about a country. One is constructive and lends itself to discussion, one does not.
