Rupture after knockback expired

As stated in the topic, anybody else had the issue of his rupture simply vanishing when your mates use some kind of knockback? Happened to me a few times today when running m+and hunter used his windburst thing. Pretty annoying.

I'd wager the knockback itself is not removing rupture, but rather the knockback caused the mob to evade bug or reset in some way momentarily. If a mob "resets" or "evades" they can sometimes not recover much or any HP b/c they fix themselves, but it can sometimes remove dots / debuffs.
