i wonder, what is the recommended trait level on our lovely blades, to get them to work properly?

as for now my
kingslayers are at 16
fangs of devourer 17
and em dreadblades 21.

also very intrested in what relics are needed for best performance to each spec. been looking around
and get all dizzy trying to figure out right ones for each spec. just swopped from outlaw to assassin.
i got
33%crit 95%mastery and ilvl 854. my relics atm are shadow:850 nightmarish on elm branch, iron:850 scything quill and blood:850 bloodied bear fang.
shadowcraft recommends me to go master poisoner and agonizing poison?
char: tufu / kazzak / horde

all help is appreciated, to help me get a hang of it. i could blame my old age but guess im just slow xD
