The lunar glides just allow you to use rising sun kick on a boss or other mob that will hit the tank and when it hits the tank it will increase you heal over times duration by 2 seconds. Its really kind of a crappy legendary if you ask me, since it basically requires you to be fistweaving, and for a minimal gain. Plus rising sun kick does cost mana, so its not free bonus like you get with the neck.
