Priest/Monk Heals/DPS Looking for weekend day raiding Mythic progression guild

Through leading PUGs casually we are 5/7H. We both wake up for work around 4am eastern Monday-Friday so the typical night raids are not suitable for us. We love raiding and have been doing it at a high level since Vanilla. Friday nights and Morning-Early Evenings Saturday/Sunday are our ideal times and we would have near 100% attendance. We consistently parse near the top of our classes, send a private message and I will provide links (new poster).

Priest:
-Holy/Shadow ilvl 865
-Server firsts in all 40 mans throughout vanilla / gladiator in all brackets throughout TBC / WOTLK raid experience / MOP mythic experience / full WOD heroic experience / several AOTC

About us:
We are an older, established guild that originally formed back in 2005, shortly after the launch of WoW. We've been mainly a social guild over the past few years, recently returning to raiding in WoD starting with patch 6.2. We're a fairly tight group of friends that have grown with the game over the last 10+ years. Many of our members have left or taken a break, and then returned with each WoW expansion. Most of us are in our late 20's and older. Some are former Dark Twilight, Dark Nemesis, and Fury of War members. We are not super hardcore or strict, we are also not super casual either, but we are super serious about clearing content and having fun.

Recruitment:
We're looking for some like-minded folks to join us in progression. Ideally looking to fill in some classes that we don't have covered. See below for our current outline of classes needed. We're open to evaluating other specs like tanks and healers since we could use some more diversity in those departments.

You must be familiar with raiding. We expect the usual: come prepared, know the fights, know your class and spec, and try your best. In other words, you must be able to carry your own weight or at least know when to ask for help.

Why Out of Line?
<Out of Line> is an endgame progression guild that raids casual hours. We work together to accomplish the hardest content in the game while keeping our day jobs and social lives intact.

Raid loot is distributed via Loot Council for maximum raid benefit. We have only one objective in mind: PROGRESS.

We have new players willing to tough it out with the big guns as well as hardened oldies from Vanilla and Burning Crusade with realm firsts and Challenger titles abound.

<Out of Line> recruits on the basis of character and raid performance. If either of these is lacking, we don't want you. You could be the best raider in the world, but if you have the personality of a turnip, look elsewhere. Fast learners that can exceed under pressure without sacrificing your life to raid 4 or 5 days a week should seek out an officer in-game for a trial.

We are always striving to get better and add good players to our team. We have an active core and a fun environment. Many people play other games as well on off-nights. We like to have a good time, but also know when to get things done.

Expectations:
Our raiders have significant experience in gaming competitively and raiding previous and current content. We also are passionate about maximizing our classes and roles - we are constantly looking for ways to improve and take constructive criticism. We expect you to adapt to random situations, and have no issues with being aware of your surroundings. We expect vocal communication when required.

WE NEED- Healers able and willing to be pvp punching bags and pocket heals. Healers willing and able to gear beyond content and carry some bad. Healers with enough sack to push a raid team to completion and arena teams to rank.

We welcome rerolls, boosts, and transfers alike. Healers can bring their friends, their families, and their fans!

Anyone in guild can invite you, and if you tell them you're a healer they may offer up other favors as well!
