Will the Gloves nerf affect the sub20% rotation? And about relics, PS should be worth more again, right? So coming closer to EtW.

It's too early to tell how any changes will affect us. Let's wait for all the notes to be released and then we'll see. Keep in mind that not every PTR change will make it live.

Thanks for the extremely helpful guide!
(2) Questions Regarding the Standard Rotation/Priority List Below 20%:
Use CS on CD (Don't overwrite SD) -> 22 (18 with Dauntless and 3/3 PS) rage Execute with the SD -> spam Execute when you don’t have SD. Use FR if you're about to rage cap (about 25 rage from cap), save FR stacks for BC.
Question #1 When I CS, my Execute cost is 2 rage with +2 PS relics (i.e., 75% reduction). Moreover, a max rage SD Execute costs 32 (with my relics). How is the 22 (18 with Dauntless and 3/3 PS) rage Execute with the SD being calculated?
Question #2 Is the intent with spamming Execute (outside of SD) during this phase to fish for a Tactician proc instead of saving up for max rage Executes? A critical Execute is worth more than a couple of max rage Executes?

In the compendium it is showing a high value for the trinket
Tiny Oozeling in a Jar
I am wondering how this item is utilized in the testing - its cooldown is 20s - is it being used every 20 seconds regardless of stacks or is it showing only use at full stacks, or only use during certain cooldowns up ?
anyone else using/ trying to use this item ? and how are you using it ?
It's being used with BC in the sims, as is most on-use trinkets listed.

I might have missed it in the compendium, but about relics.... i have read/heard different things and would like to get you folks view, is it always go for higest ilvl regardles of trait, and if you have 2 equal ilvls go for precise strike or exploit the weakness trait? Im sitting on a 845 precise strike iron relic and well i passed tuft of ironfur 885 ilvl today to another guildie and as said would just want to have a clearer view of this matter. Take me balls if im asking to much xD
It's in the compendium, but here it goes:
PS > ETW > CB>=DB
And if u have leg gloves etw becomes better than ps (not sure if thatll stay come the 7.1.5 glove nerf)
Generally, if the relic gives you 3-4 WEAPON ilvl more, it's an upgrade no matter the trait. Simming it yourself would give you the best answer however
Thank you for the quick answer, i must have over looked it in the compendium, another question im still learning simcraft etc should i be combo simcraft with the pawn addon?
Not sure I understand correctly, but if you mean to use Simcraft to figure out your personal stat weights and then enter them into Pawn to easily see upgrades ingame, then yes, that's a good idea. Just remember that the weights change with changing Gear, so Sim after 1 or 2 new items again.

You should include the PvP trinket Vindictive Combatant's Insignia of Victory to the list as well. The wowhead database seems to not list the mastery stat on it, however it does actually have mastery on it to go with it's amazing proc (check my armory for reference). My 835 with socket is outparsing my 860 terrorbound by over 3k dps. Definitely worth the consideration for those that jump into bg's.
I'm not 100% sure on the use of Warbreaker. From the compendium, do we only use it to prevent Battle Cry without Colossus Smash debuff in single target? Or should we be using it whenever there is no debuff?
Basically, is warbreaker only for bladestorm and Battle Cry?
There it is:

CHANCE of a bonus stat
if the leg gloves nerf goes live like this PS will be top trait again (while essentially negating the nerf topkek), now with the gloves PS relic is useless, since you already save so much rage, with 1-2 PS relics you end up rage capping, while spamming the ever living shit out of your abilities.
Hello! I'm hoping to getting some help with my recent SimulationCrafts. I've seem to hit a weird break point when it comes to haste. At 22% haste it weighted at 15.58, but at 23.9% it is 24.24. The odd part is I lose damage when simming with the 23.9% haste. If anyone more knowledgeable can help I would really appreciate it. I'll post the simc's in question in case anyone wants to check them.

@MOSG:
It depends on which stat you give up for the extra Haste. Basically the Hastecap is worth a lot, but you shouldn't really sacrifice much mastery at all to get it. The hastecap is about 23%, (strictly 20%, but we're slow humans and internets has lag). This doesn't mean you should get Haste everywhere, it just means you should get Mastery+Haste and if you are very near the cap then you could swap an enchant or bufffood to reliable get the extra GCD inside BC.
The simulation messes around, because it is a robot and thinks 20% straight is enough, except maybe atm they experiment with that to make it more "human", so it might be buggy.
About that Karazhan Ring "Ring of Collapsing Futures", how effective would it be to just bind it into Battle Cry?
I have the legendary Gloves, but never really track whether I get BC more often than every 30sec. I just can't be bothered using the Ring separately and therefore I'm unsure whether the simcraft 4k dps increase will actually happen in practise.
