    HELLLPPPP!!!! my Lenovo G 50 30 has refused to notice my USB chord

    Pls....what can I do about my Lenovo G5030 that has refused to recognise my USB chord....i can't have quick transfer between it and my phone anymore....some told me that the USB driver is down....but i have tried reinstalling USB driver for it,yet I am still not getting it.....has anyone fixed such a problem before? pls...let me know

    A few questions

    1) What phone? Could it do this before? Is it a new phone?
    2) Have you downloaded any drivers or software? IF so, what?
    3) Have you tried a different cord? Have you tried another device on that cord? another USB port?
