About Us:
<Next> is a recently formed Alliance guild on the server Ravencrest, aspiring to progress at a steady pace through the current raid environment. We are currently comprised of about a dozen of IRL friends with similar ambitions. Our players are experienced raiders, some of them having played ever since vanilla.

Our goal is to progress through all of the current raid environment. With that in mind, we also value the importance of building a fun and friendly atmosphere and are looking for raiders that would be a good fit for our team in terms of both skill and personality. An ideal applicant should have a good understanding of their class and be respectful to the players around them.

Wednesday 20.00 - 23.00 Server time
Tuesday 20.00 - 23.00 Server time
Sunday 20.00 - 23.00 Server time

Everything but DPS warriors!

Expectations:
Consistency: We ask for reasonably high raid attendance (85-90%). Of course we respect the fact that IRL matters sometimes have priority over video games, as long as we’re informed beforehand.
Knowledge: Please have a solid understanding of your class and your role within a raid. We expect all our players to understand what their most optimal spec for a given boss/encounter is choose accordingly.
Preparation: Make sure you buy your flasks, potions, and food well before the raid. We also expect you to actively try to optimize your gear outside of raiding times through mythic+ and the like.
Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude even when things might not be going as expected!
