    I used to. Like, 6 days of only healthy eating and one day where I would eat everything I wanted.

    Now I just eat whatever I want whenever I want.

    After being sober for a rather long time (motherfuckas be tempting my patience...oh they be tempting me so hard) I've noticed my diet changed a lot and I've lost some weight. I been eating more fish and veggies and less pop and for some reason I've started to like green tea more....but I do have a cheat day on Saturdays where I just turn into a trash can.
