Help building a budget mini pc.

So I'm wanting to build a budget PC in the Cooler Master Elite 110, because I'm going to be moving the computer between my living room and my work office almost daily. Now obviously a laptop "could" work, but I want the option of upgrading in the future if I ever decide to play more demanding games, and I have all the peripherals already setup in both locations.

Basically my budget is ideally <1000$(CAD), but honestly I don't think I even need to spend that much right now as my gaming demands are like 90% WoW, and 10% split between LoL, Battlerite, and Path of Exile.

I've put together a couple desktops in the past, but nothing so small. I'm not sure what too do with cable management, a modular power supply is a MUST I imagine, and which GPU cards can even fit in there.

    Budget: 500-1000$ CAD
    Resolution: 1080p
Games / Settings Desired: WoW, LoL, Battlerite, Path of Exile (Medium too high, honestly don't care too much...just want it smooth over quality)
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): Nothing, this is strictly a boot and play system.
    Country: Canada
Parts that can be reused: Nothing
Do you need an OS?: No
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? No

Any build plans would be fantastic! Or just information about building a pc this small, and tips/things too look out for. Thanks guys!

Also, in ~2weeks (apparently) the gtx 1050ti is coming out, which is a more budget oriented video card that would be better suited for the games you play. Whatever you do, stay away from AMD GPU's for WoW.
