I could not figure this stuff out from googling guides and whatnot so just a few questions regarding rupture;

Pot of old war; how does this work with my rupture? Basically should I refresh rupture as soon as I pop the pot to get more bonus, or does it auto add dmg from the old ruptures ticks, or it just does not work with rupture at all? I honestly have no clue here.

I know not to refresh an exang rupture, but is it ok to refresh a vanish boosted rupture or do I just let that one tick out before re-applying it?
