Replace trinket (disc)

Hey all,

I finally got an Amalgam's Seventh Spine (855) and i was wondering which trinkets i should replace.

My current trinkets are:
-hightened senses (870)
-vial of nightmare fog (870)

My guess is replacing hightened senses as that doesnt proc of atonement healing.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I only believe pure int trinkets are nearly always better than the majority of the trinkets avalible. I'd look for either a solid item level world quest trinket, fork out for the Darkmoon trinket But to answer your question I'd probably replace the heightened sense just for the fact crit is such a strong stat. The Vial will actually proc fine off of PWS and Plea which you would be using a lot though.
