Looking for tips

Hello Everyone

before I start anyone that will put a constructive tip on this thread will be appreciated

I'm playing hunter on my guild as a raider, and I notice that most of my time my dps is not consistent (or where I like it to be),sometimes it's good and sometimes it's just trash. I know that I can perform better than what I'm doing right now.
We are progressing on Ursoc mythicwhat tips can be added to enhance my performance on my hunter.
