    Death Strike WA, help!

So I have this AWESOME string for guardian druid...its game-changing good, best I've ever had for the spec, does anything exsist like it for death strike?

A aura that updates death strike healing based on damage taken is what I need.

bump..nope tried 2 strings now. Im sure they work but they just dont update fast like on my druid. His estimated heal changes constantly...I can pull mobs and mobs, nearly dying and it doesn't seem to change much at all. Or is it just because you haft to take more damage as death knight? I did a 5 man now to 1st boss, still only seem to heal 10-11% of my health from using death strike?

No strings that works as good as my guardian one?

Exactly, from their tooltips on wowhead:

Frenzied Regen: Heals you for 50% of all damage taken in the last 5 sec over 3 sec, minimum 5% of maximum health.

Death Strike: heals you for 20% of all damage taken in the last 5 sec, minimum 10% of maximum health.

So yeah you have to take more damage.

Oh of course, why didnt I just compare the two. WoW deathstrike is more about damage then, spending runic power as filler, damage...Heal dosent seem that important then. Thx man

Ideally you want to pool enough Runic Power that you can cast 2 Deathstrikes in a row, to proc Unending Thirst and benefit from the 25% leech. Most of your healing will be from Death Strike, especially in conjunction with Vampiric Blood.

Actually Death Strike is all about the heal. Meaning that, unless you're about to cap Runic Power and have nothing else to cast; you want to save Death Strike for the heal. You do not want to be using it for a DPS filler. If you know when large incoming damage is taken, bank Runic Power to cast Death Strike to heal back up.

Hope this helps. As far as a WA for it, nothing will be able to keep up with how often you are casting Death Strike. I think it is easier for Frenzied Regen to track that because of the interim between casts.
