[H] <Open Late> (Illidan) 4/7M looking to fill core spots
<Open Late> is a close knit family of players here to build long lasting friendships, and we're opening our door to some like-minded players who we feel will fit in culturally with our guild. We're very fun, open-hearted and full of banter and are looking for people with similar personalities.
While we are very relaxed during normal play, we take raiding fairly seriously and won't accept lazy and sub-optimal play. We're not expecting players to be parsing #1, we simply want people to be prepared, knowledgable about their class and every encouter, and be open to constructive criticism. We value people who play correctly over those who will sit in fire to finish their cast.

We also welcome casual players who have no interest in raiding, but just want some people to hang out with and play some games. We also invite casual players to our casual day on Sundays to help them see the most content possible without the pressure of being judged or shouted at.
