Any arms nerfs on the ptr outside of hamstring on the gcd are tooltip updates, fury is getting a bit of a buff though

why would they nerf arms? it's already been nerfed several times and is now just decent single target and shit otherwise

Inspiring Presence now affects party and raid members only. Only change on PTR is that.Also there is a lot of changes to other classes i hope Blizzard makes some buffs to Fury also the Arms is RNG class but i dont know that much about it but fury really needs some buffs.
