Zen Pilgrimage

So in raids i use zen pilgrimage to port back and forth to swap talents. Most of the time it works great, but every now and then when I use it to leave the raid and go back to the monk classhall it will trigger the 1min CD and wont allow me to return to the raid.

Am i doing something wrong to trigger this? or is this a known issue?

It is bugged, sometimes the spell doesn't swap to it's "return" variant

Yup, I've had the same thing happen a bunch of times. It's almost more common to have it fail than to have it succeed. I think most monks just don't notice it most of the time because they aren't using the return feature very much, but I've seen a number of posts along the lines of Syld's above, so it seems to affect everyone.
