    Need a Gaming Desktop

I do plan on streaming frequently during game play. Would want a Mini ITX for portability.

    Budget: $1400

    Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Games / Settings Desired: BF1, Legion, Diablo 3 and other newer titles coming, wanting to run BF1 at close to Ultra settings along with the other titles

Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) Nope

    Country: USA

Parts that can reused: Have a 2TB 3.5" Drive, also have a 120gb & a 60gb ssd which I may upgrade / replace the 60gb with a bigger ssd if budget allows

Do you need an OS? Yes Windows 10 if possible

Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? Need Keyboard & Mouse along with a headset but willing to go headphones and get a Modmic if its better.

With OS (Windows 10 64 bits Pro):

    Without OS:

I prefer the non OS option (You get a GTX 1070 instead a 1060)

Monitor is an Asus 180Hz, G-sync 1920x1080 resolution.

You can ignore the SSD and use your hard disks and save money.

The Redragon Keyboard/Mouse combo is a very good price/performance.

If you dont need/want the monitor:

the option with the ASUS ROG monitor and GTX 1070 without OS is the best in my opinion.
