<Convergence> (Emerald Dream-US Alliance) is a new raiding guild that will be focused on cutting-edge progression in Legion. The goal is to tackle Mythic content with each new raid tier, and progress at a relaxed but steady pace 2 nights a week, with a third night devoted to cleanup and/or farm. We hope to begin Mythic as soon as we get our last few raiders. We have a fairly solid roster at the moment, and hope to build on it with quality members.
RAID TIMES: Thursday: 6:00 - 9:00 PM Server Time (7-10 EST) Friday: 6:00 - 9:00 PM Server Time (7-10 EST) Monday: 6:00 - 9:00 PM Server Time (Optional cleanup / farm night).
We are short a few members to start mythic. Only need about 3 more people. This is for a Core raiding spot.
Classes we are looking for (though, we will consider any exceptional raiders):
High Need:
Shadow/Holy Priest
Hunter
Resto Shaman
Mistweaver Monk
Will Consider:
Any Healer Class
Most any Ranged DPS
We will consider helping with an Xfer after a trial run on heroic.
Current Status (10/20/2016) 7/7N and 7/7h on farm
Plans for Legion: Top 10 kills on server for Mythic raids, aim to be the top.
LOOT SYSTEM: Personal Loot for Normal/Heroic. We will be using EPGP for Mythic. This requires two addons, EPGP and EPGP Lootmaster, which can be downloaded from Curse or with Wowmatrix.
Experience: Guild is pretty new with under 70+ members Leader has cleared every fight since Vanilla on the highest difficulty.

Why Out of Line?
<Out of Line> is an endgame progression guild that raids casual hours. We work together to accomplish the hardest content in the game while keeping our day jobs and social lives intact.
Raid loot is distributed via Loot Council for maximum raid benefit. We have only one objective in mind: PROGRESS.
We have new players willing to tough it out with the big guns as well as hardened oldies from Vanilla and Burning Crusade with realm firsts and Challenger titles abound.
<Out of Line> recruits on the basis of character and raid performance. If either of these is lacking, we don't want you. You could be the best raider in the world, but if you have the personality of a turnip, look elsewhere. Fast learners that can exceed under pressure without sacrificing your life to raid 4 or 5 days a week should seek out an officer in-game for a trial.
We are always striving to get better and add good players to our team. We have an active core and a fun environment. Many people play other games as well on off-nights. We like to have a good time, but also know when to get things done.
Expectations:
Our raiders have significant experience in gaming competitively and raiding previous and current content. We also are passionate about maximizing our classes and roles - we are constantly looking for ways to improve and take constructive criticism. We expect you to adapt to random situations, and have no issues with being aware of your surroundings. We expect vocal communication when required.
