Cenedril, Reflector of Hatred-Legendary Cloak

Hey fellow Monkies !

so last night RNGesus shined on me and i got my first Legendary. My itemlevel only increased by 1 but still very happy with it
Its the cloak. Cenedril, Reflector of Hatred which increases the maximum size of your Touch of Karma from 50% of your maximum health to 200%. It also increases the amount of damage you can redirect to the boss, as well as the size of the heal from Good Karma.

As all monks know, ToK is an amazing spell and it has lots of usage. I was wondering if anyone have some tips on where and how to use it at best inside Emerald Nightmare?

I raid Heroic EN and dont think my guild and i will get far in mythic.

Basically whenever you know you are going to take a massive amount of damage
If you ever get to Mythic Ursok, that fight will use quite a bit of the legendary's power. For example, the 13th roar (one of the last roar plus charge before he enrages) can 2-shot people within a second (100% to dead). If our guild ever gets to that point I try to save a ToK just for that specific charge to survive.
