Specifically what is wrong is that Tennisball still hasn't been permabanned, despite the fact that he starts roughly 2.3 flamebait threads per hour. Admittedly sometimes the topics would be interesting to discuss, but Tennis always and consistently places a spin on every thread which immediately makes the thread toxic, and a magnet for flaming and in consequence infractions.

I'm mystified by why this is allowed to continue, considering that nearly every Tennis thread ends up having 1-2 people infracted.

I know there's a good chance that I'll get infracted for this post, and I didn't want to start a thread on this issue, but hey, none the less, the issue remains, I'm just mystified by this...and the extremely arbitrary enforcement of the Nation Bashing rule.

That is the thing, there are people that demand things be done but they themselves wont do what is necessary. Like there are people that want to protest the oil companies, but when you suggest they give up their things that are made with petroleum products they refuse. Just like the person that demands something be done about this... they wont give up their products made in Japan....
