Shower is the best for speed, bath can be nice relaxing in tub for long period of time.

Shower first before bath thats the way to do it and just shower for when getting up in the morning.

As many have said before: baths if you just want to relax, otherwise a shower is better.

Shower. Baths just takes time and I don't get why you'd want to stay any longer than you have to in there.

Showers personally if we're referring to cleaning. If you're talking about relaxation (sore muscles for example) a bath is nice but I still shower off afterwards to make sure I'm actually clean, which feels very wasteful. Generally I keep the bath taking to my 2 year old daughter because she enjoys playing with her toys in the bath, but even she enjoys the shower because it "feels raining" and is "super cool" (in her own limited words).

Baths can be nice.
If you feel achy and have some bubble bath, they can be great for relaxing in.
I struggle to fit in my own bath, so it's not as comfortable as it used to be.

I haven't taken a bath since childhood.
