Hi i have problem with trinkets use can some one help me with choise?

I have this:
Memento of Angerboda (855) +427 Leech
Three-Toed Rabbit Foot (835) +882 Mastery
Tempered Egg of Serpentrix (860) + Socket
Spontaneous Appendages (865)

1 fist is for sure Tempered Egg of Serpentrix but i dont know what use on second slot.

On Fights with 1-4 Enemys: Memento of Angerboda (855) / Tempered Egg of Serpentrix (860)
5 and more: Spontaneous Appendages (865) / Memento of Angerboda (855)
