Can tell you without simming that the chrono shard will come out on top. Ravaged seed pod is a trinket that is BEYOND horrible. Don't even sell it, destroy it.

I personally wouldn't take this advice. Seed Pod sucks beyond belief, that is true. Blizzard has openly stated that several EN trinkets are terrible and are likely to receive a buff. This COULD mean that trinkets such as the seed pod could equal or out-do Ursoc trinket. I'd toss it in the bank and wait.
