Get spell casting duration

Hi all, anyone know how to create a weak aura that trigger when target (or focus) is about 1 second to end current spell cast (any spell, no one in particular)?

Example: I target a mage that is casting polymorph, and when remain 1 second to end that spell cast, aura is triggered.
