Summon Infernal Macro with Trinket/Rings??

Hey guys, I currently have the Gnawed Thumb Ring which has a 3 min cooldown so it would be perfect to have it in a macro with Doomguard/Infernal.

Doomguard works fine but Summon infernal doesn't work at all :[

Has anyone got a summon infernal macro that works?

The reason infernal doesn't work like that is because it requires targeting an Area in-game. This is not allowed to be automated. The best you can get is a macro that FIRST pops your trinkets etc. and then you put /cast Summon Infernal last and target the are you wish it to land in.

Edit: Putting the trinkets etc under infernal will result in the targeting circle disappearing.
