Moroes champion

Ok, so we know that Moroes is attainable. But I can't seem to find out how. Google search, mmoc search both come up empty. I already did the instance on my main and nothing seemed that obvious.

So question for anyone that has him, what does does the dinner is served ability actually result in? More information about what summoning a dinner guest does would be great.
