    HFC LFR - Is it possible to enter?

    Title basically, had some items I wanted for transmog etc, but couldnt find any information about it after a bit of google searching.

    On beta there was an NPC that you could talk to to enter the WoD LFRs similar to how Lorewalker Cho allows you to enter MoP LFRs. For the life of me however i cannot remember where i saw him. Garrison? New Dalaran maybe? I am not sure he made it to live.

    In Garrison, this one which was giving weekly quests (like Timewalking or PvP) in WoD.

    Yes but as it stands if you enter the last wing solo nothing spawns.

    Not sure if 7.1 fixed this or not.

    Edit: You need a level 3 garrson and talk to the guy right outside the main hut.
