weak aura for new BOW

Can anyone tell me how to make a weak aura for the new bow proc please?

Just have a weak aura that displays when Blade Of Justice is off cooldown? That's effectively what it is.

I made 2 triggers, one to show when Blade of Juistice is off cooldown and 2nd when Blade of Juistice is usable with 4sec timer and added glow for the flavor of procs.
Why both? If I would leave off cd only I would have BoJ icon all the time (unless used ofc). The 2nd one when BoJ is off cd will stay till x seconds (4 in my ex.) even if used. If I have both it stays 4sec if not used after off cd or until I use it (like regular procs).

I use TMW rather than WA, but the spell you need to be checking for for the proc is Blade of Wrath! (spellid 231843), which applies an invisible aura briefly (using TMW's regular buff icon type didn't work, but using the combat event icon filtered for aura applied with that spellid did the trick; not sure how that would be implemented in WeakAura terms).

It's the BoW icon with the proc's duration, in theory it shows when BoW procs and disppears when the proc is used/it ends but I cannot make it even show :S

Any help is appreciated.
