Had Eye of Command(860) drop for me,currently wearing Bloodthirsty Instinct(850)and Unstable Arcanocrystal(860).Is it better than the two i'm wearing or should i just bench it for the other specs?
That said, it is a huge stat stick and probably better/equal to BI - You can safely wear it, but I wouldn't suggest using it for m+ content or raid fights with a lot of target switching.
Btw all trinket from kara have their procs increase by 30% with the chest that drop from extra boss making them even stronger ... Eye of command goes up to 1.8 k crit with the chest making it insanely strong for ST / not to much target switching.
