Leather working and archeology questions need help!

First question is regarding leather working transmogs im confused on how to get the reciepe for Spirit keeper helm? And for arch and leather working moose mount quests are they just weekly random quests?

I am not familiar with leather working so I will leave that for someone else to answer. Archaeology quests are random and appear in Dalaran every 2 weeks. The moose from archaeology will come from one of these quests. This weeks quest is set in Stormheim and rewards a relatively useless trinket and a new quest will not spawn until next week's reset.

Moose mount is a normal quest you get at the end of the leatherworking questline. It's a hard-ish and time consuming quest though.

Spirit Keeper Helm and other such stuff is discovered through making the daily cooldowns "Magnificience of Leather / Scales" and "Hardened Magnificent Leather" which always give you random recipies until you have all of them.
