Howdie. What is your take?
Mine is: Tenchu - Stealth Assasins
Not only it was the very first 3D stealth game that provided a very enjoyable gameplay experience, but also it delivered a god-tier soundtrack that I listen occasionally to this day. This music really elevated the mood. I spent countless hours just sneaking around listening to it.

I absolutely love some of the Assassin's Creed ones. A good soundtrack does not just sound epic, but blends in with the game.

Ascending that mountain was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Period. Not "in a video game" or any other addendum at the end.

Damn, there's so many. Dragon age, witcher, fable, morrowind...
Probably Witcher for combat music, dragon age for epic/heroic music, Fable for town music and morrowind for exploration music.
