WHO WE ARE

Phased is recruiting for Emerald Nightmare and ToV Mythic. We are a tight-knit, friendly guild who have been around and raiding in some form since TBC, but nowadays we are a mix of ex-top 100 raiders as well as newer yet equally ambitious players.

What sets us apart from other guilds is our friendly, supportive atmosphere. Our farm runs are quick and smooth, filled with lots of jokes and general silliness as we down bosses. Progression runs are more serious but still fun – we celebrate the positives and discuss wipes and mistakes calmly and openly, working out what went wrong and how we can improve next time. It is very important to us that everyone logs in happy and logs out happy – a positive raider is a good raider.

(That said, please don’t mistake friendliness for leniency – we all put in the time to master our class/spec, research the fights as best we can and turn up to raids prepared and on time, and we will hold new members to these same standards.)

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • Discord, a working mic, Deadly Boss Mods/BigWigs and RC Loot Council.
  • A solid grasp of how to play your chosen class/spec.
  • Must familiarise yourself with boss tactics prior to every raid.
  • Willingness to use Warcraftlogs to check their raid performance.
  • Punctuality - we raid Thursdays and Sundays from 19:15 – 22:30 server time (occasionally extending to 23:00 server time during progression). Please be online by 19:15 for an invite, so we can get to the raid and start pulling no later than 19:30.
  • We provide feasts, but please sort out your own flasks/enchants etc prior to the raid (those who raid with us regularly and are not raiding cross-realm, we can provide you with flasks and enchants as well).
  • Aged 18 or over.
  • A sense of humour, someone who gets on well with the guild while still performing to a good standard.
