Hahahaha, 22:08 isn't the 22nd minute of 8 o'clock it's 10:08pm but it saves having to distinguish whether the times is am or pm, so you know, better, particularly when written. Also Day/Month/Year is better than Month/Day/Year but worse than Year/Month/Day.

Except you don't have to just look up time conversion, you still have to look up what time they do shit at, some businesses finish earlier or later than others, countries have public holidays too. Basically the current system you have to look up when a business operates, what country/state it is in and finally what time zone that country/state is in and then you're ready to convert it to your time. Or you could have universal time and just look up the times that the business operates, done.
