[Assassination] Eye of Command vs Memento of Angerboda

Since there does not appear to be simulations for the new Eye of Command trinket (https://simc.skasch.com/rog_asn_t19m..._trinkets.html), I was wondering what the consensus was for this trinket. Seems it would meld well with assassination spec.

I have both ilvl 860 Eye of Command and a ilvl 855 Memento and am not sure which would be better.

i have an 865 eye with chest, my crit goes from 42.64 to 47.99 at max stacks
