yup, pretty much lol. if you look at an object made by a company and immediately associate it with a company but its not actually that company then copyright infringement has taken place. Its basically using a very popular business to promote your own by trying to intentionally mislead people into thinking your company is said major/popular one. Im sure we have all seen Coming to America with Eddie Murphy and remember the fake ass McDonalds knockoff he worked at.
