Resto - gearing

Im abit confused about gearing resto druid atm.

For raids, and im raidhealing, haste is the best stat no?

Is it worth to use lets say a ilvl 850 with haste over a 875 without haste?
What i currently do is to try and take higest ilvl, if it has crit or/and haste on it.

You prioritize intellect .

For neck and rings you get haste until 20% then crit/versa. Mastery for Dungeons.

Dont take things too seriously. Intelect wins most times, and on rings and necks just take mastery for 5 mens and haste/crit for raids.
