Bartender Paging

Morning guys, I've looked all over this forum and Google and I'm striking out. I need some help with paging on Bartender. Can someone explain how to add/delete bars to the paging when you hold shift and scroll? Some of my toons have 3-5 bars, a few only have 2, and I can't find the option to fix them.

In Interface > Action Bars if you enable any of the additional bars then they are removed from the paging.
As far as I know Bartender exposes this functionality from the default UI without adding any additional customization.

The Blizzard Interface -> Action Bars menu, correct? I'll give this a look when I get home, thank you.
