Simcraft returning odd values for my mage

So I just recently simmed my mage again, which I do once every week or two to keep my stat weights approrpriate, just curious why it is scaling haste at such a low level

Intellect=9.97, SpellPower=9.35, CritRating=10.67, HasteRating=0.23, MasteryRating=8.60, Versatility=9.38

It's OOMing because you are using kindling and the legendary ring. add infinite_mana=1 to the top of your profile.
