Like everything Intro to a show is massively subjective. Whats good to me in an intro is that the music gets me pumped for the show and the visual gives you an idea of what you are about to watch.
Since im first i get to go with the ez picks, my top 2.

Im curious about everyone else. I could post more of my fav, but i hope people surprise me with stuff i know nothing and the intro pumps me into watching it. PS i included comics as well, if i went for my TOP 3 the original X-Men comic was in there too.

The Log Horizon intro is one of the few I let run during my anime marathons.

Spice & Wolf and Death Parade are great OPs, I approve of those choices. Attack on Titan's first OP is probably my favorite.
I like Haikyuu!! Second Season OP2 quite a bit, I find it pretty hype.
One Punch Man's opening is pretty funny.
Steins;Gate's opening is wonderful.
A lot of people like FMA: B's first OP.

Bleach and Naruto (and Shippuden) have so many good intros but an oddly catchy anime intro for me is the intro to Sekai Seifuku Bouryaku no Zvezda:

I really like FMA:B opening 3. Emphasizes well the amount of challenges facing Elric brothers, both the song and the video itself. Enjoy.

Bringing op Sailor moon reminds me of one thing. When my little sister was watching Sailor moon, i watched it with her and the first thing i thought was: Wow this is the girl version of Inspector gadget, the title character is a bumbling idiot that gets saved by everyone.
