Runes under personal resource?

I would like my runes to show under my personal resource bar. I tried umber runes, but wasn't a fan of the whole thing being static.

Something like this is what I'm looking for

that isnt a addon its the normal blizzard interface ressource bar u can enable it somewhere in the interface options

Unfortunately this doesn't come up when I select it. Any idea?

I right click the Personal Resource Bar during combat, and the runes pop up for 3 seconds then disappear. Not sure what's happening.

EDIT: Fixed it somewhat. For those who are as stupid as me, checking "Show special resources on targets" removes it from the PRD. Unchecking it fixed this.
