Rampage and Battle cry

Sometimes when my BC is ready, I also have enough rage for Rampage, and if it is the case, should I use Rampage after activating BC or should I still use Bloodthirst after activating BC?

Rampage so Enrage is up if it isnt-->BC-->RB-->OF-->BT or filler-->Filler or BT to keep enrage up-->RB-->Continue rotation.

Depends on your haste/lag etc..Usually for me its BT-->Filler-->Second RB-->Continue normally.

Use BC inside the Rampage animation so that they 4th and strongest hit of Rampage will always be a crit. The timing for this is right after the first 3 Rampage Hits, so its pretty much 1, 2, 3, BC 4 crit and then standard BC Rotation. This still allows you to fit in the two RBs inside of BC.
