Currently my character is sitting on a good 510k DPS (yes cloak and ring) running Zeal and BoW
Crit 34%
Vers 5%
Mastery 26%
Haste 21%
i found staying around the 21% haste point made up alot of dps anny higher and lower would be negative gains

Ring/belt

I go for 20-22% haste than try to gear for Vers #1 than Crit #2
