I don't actually recall, I've bought a LOT of CDs over the years. Something country though, cause that's what I was raised on.
I think it was Superunknown but I might've had that on cassette, second guess is Evil Empire.

Can't really remember my first because I joined Columbia House and got like 20 for a penny a piece or something like that, but I know in the set was some ZZ Top, Tom Petty, and Peter Gabriel.

Eat meat. Drink water. Do cardio and burpees. The good life.
My dad gave me some CD that had all hit 60s songs on it. Me and my friends used to make fun of this song called "Hair" by the Cowsills, but thinking back on it we secretly liked it. I can still recite the lyrics 17 years later.
Still listening to this album ever since I was 8.
I am assuming you mean first purchase by myself and not by my parents on my behalf.
First cassette: Guns N' Roses - Appetite for Destruction
First CD: The Allman Brothers Band - A Decade of Hits
I don't remember my first vinyl album or my first cassette tape since I was young for both, but I remember getting my first CD player and corresponding CDs. The first ones I bought were Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers' Greatest hits and Sheryl Crow's Tuesday Night Music Club. Wikipedia tells me both those albums were released in 1993, so it sounds like I didn't get onboard the CD train until then.
