I did some small testing with various talents and/or legendaries on the PTR today with the newest changes. I tested it in the class trial (Endless tank) since that was the best situation I could find on the PTR because incoming damage is really high and there's both single, 2 target and multi target situations.

In all videos I could not resist and used 4 pieces of Nighthold set for the sick bonuses.

Anger Management + Booming Voice + Devastator + Avatar (/w Kakushan's and Thundergod's Vigor): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFGzW-v7EHM (Maximum offensive build)

Heavy Repercussions + Booming Voice + Devastator + Avatar (/w Kakushan's and Mannoroth's Bloodletting Bracers) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHVNVZA_Kys (Offensive build with high shield block uptime)

Heavy Repercussions + Vengeance + Indomitable + Best Served Cold (/w Kakushan's and Prydaz Neck) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88LAQL9LOvw (Classic maximum survivability Vengance / Indomitable build with high shield block uptime and Best Served Cold for nice aoe dps)

You can notice Revenge procs by the Revenge icon turning red below my character.

The videos are quite short (only two waves) because wave 3 and 4 afterwards are kind of boring and I wasn't in the mood to do some real video editing etc. with more interesting later waves. Sorry for the cropped top and bottom of the video. I have a 16:10 monitor, that's why it's missing in 16:9 format. Left Skada is total damage (did not reset in between :<), right skada is current fight damage.

I certainly didn't play perfectly here because it was quite hard to switch to another talent setup and chance playstyle immediately. I especially forgot to use Devastate again in the beginning of the video without Devastator.

Bonus: You can see how Revenge procs are bugged on the PTR and sometimes not making the next Revenge free. Watch the Anger Management video in slow motion from 1:48m. You can see in the scrolling battle text on the left of my character that there are multiple parries happening in the 2.2s that Revenge is on cooldown starting from 1:48. At 1s CD remaining my Weak Aura is notifying me of a parry and colors the Revenge icon Red because I should have gotten a free Revenge. However, notice how after hitting 130 rage (right after Revenge weak aura proc) I first use a 60 rage Ignore Pain, that drops me to 70 rage, while a small bit of rage is immediately added due to RFDT and maybe 4pc set bonus -> 76 rage. I then use Revenge and it drops me to 46 rage instead of being free. I don't think there is addon / gui lag involved because the last time I could have used Revenge before the last one was obviously 2.2s before and we see so many parries in that cooldown window that almost certainly one happened indeed after the first and before the second cast (= during the CD).
