The last point is 1% so the total increase damage will be +15%

I have fire at 37, frost at 35 and arcane at 30. right now on live i started simming frost higher than fire, but i really love fire and after i get arcane to 35 i will bank the rest of the AP hoping fire will actually be top again. worst case, it all goes into frost so you can at least have fun on gimmicky fights like xavius

I was frost at launch, I'm frost now and I'll be frost when the patch hits. I've been frost since Mists launched and have not waivered since. That won't change anytime soon. If the mad rush to fire at Legion's launch didn't sway me, I don't think anything will.
