Looking for new headphones

I've had my current headphones for long number of years, but recently they are hurting my ears after having them on for under 30 min. Because of this sole reason they have to go, despite still sounding great. This is practically the same model http://tinyurl.com/hh8p83p

Wondering if anyone can assist in a replacement

It needs to be:

* open backed, covering the whole of the ears

* wired. No USB connections please.

* volume control that operates with a wheel, not buttons. Kinda like this http://tinyurl.com/hxk8xce

* I don't care about a mic.

* No noise canceling ones please!

Budget wise? I don't want to go over £150 if possible.
